Delivery/Shipping Instructions for Demo Equipment
You must reserve demo space at this event as the ballroom meeting area is limited.
Please complete the Demo Space Reservation Form and return to FISA per form instructions by the deadline of January 23, 2024.
Please ship your demo equipment as an “In-Room Delivery” with “White Glove Service” to arrive on Sunday, February 18, 2024 (9am – 4pm). Your equipment should be brought into the Fiesta Ballrooms 9 through 14. This is on the ground floor. There is direct access to the meeting/demo room through Fiesta Ballroom 11, which has a large, external door from the street (Greta Garbo Way). Hotel personnel will have a diagram identifying the exact placement of your equipment within the Ballrooms.
Please ask your shipper to store your pallets and any packaging materials. This hotel does not have room to store any equipment before or after the event dates.
Unfortunately for liability reasons, the hotel cannot move your equipment into place nor lend out pallet jacks and carts. So sorry but the meeting room is not available earlier than Sunday, February 18, 2024. For questions, please see the contact information for event managers listed below.

Load- In Date: Sunday, February 18 from 9:00am to 4:00pm (Fiesta Ballrooms 9-14)
Load-Out Date: Wednesday, February 21 from 11:00am to 3:00pm
ELECTRICAL & INTERNET SERVICE
Contact FISA to coordinate your electrical requests. FISA will cover standard 110/120V electrical needs. Non-standard, special power requirements may be billed directly to the company by arrangement with the hotel and FISA will help coordinate whatever you need. High speed WiFi internet service will be available in the meeting room (demos are in same room) and the access code is: “FISA2024”. If you need dedicated internet access, please contact Christine Norell to help coordinate that installation.

Hotel Meeting Concierges: There will be meeting concierges assigned for Sunday, Feb. 18th and they can help direct you to the loading dock area and into the Fiesta Ballrooms 9-14.
