Target Audience
YMCA Executives from multi- branch YMCAs who have P&L responsibility for fitness programming.

What’s Included
The inclusive fee for suppliers includes 3 nights at the headquarter hotel, all catered meals and social functions, up to 20 appointments and display space for one peice of equipment if you need it. Suppliers pay for and arrange their own transportation to the event. The fee also allows FISA to offer each organization one fully paid VIP invitation that incudes one complimentary round trip airfare, ground tranportation in the destination city, a three-night hotel stay, all catered meals and group activities.

Participation Limit
A maximum of 25 host suppliers may participate; maximum of two representatives per company. This allows every supplier to meet every guest.

Target Supplier Categories
This event makes sense for companies with products and services that support fee-based-programs…..for groups and individuals. That could include personal training, small group exercise, nutrition services, testing & measurement services, boot camps, sports specific training, special youth and senior fitness programs.

The Format
No traditional exhibit expenses. No schedule conflicts with classes. We’ll provide you with a business profile for each guest about thirty days before the event to help you prepare for each appointment and you’ll be able to customize and create your own appointment schedule. Each appointment is 20 minutes in length. You can use your appointment time to demonstrate your products or your program in an area that’s within the appointment room.

How Does It Work/Onsite Support
Most suppliers use laptops or iPads to guide their verbal presentations and they usually provide printed collateral. FISA provides each guest with complimentary shipping service to mail their collateral home. We also supply electrical power to recharge laptops and Internet access.

Participation Limit
A maximum of 25 host suppliers may participate; maximum of two representatives per company. This limit allows supplier to meet each guest.

Your Investment 
Companies with more than 1M in revenue-$6500 for the first company representative. $9500 for two. First time companies -$5500/8000. Companies with less than 1M in revenues $4000/2000. (There are no dues requirements)
