SUPPLIER DEMO EQUIPMENT SHIPPING

FISA will not provide labor to move equipment into the room. Please make sure that your common carriers know that this is an inside delivery. Placement of equipment will be around the perimeter of the room used for appointment which is where the meetings and demos are taking place. Placement of equipment will be based on size, electrical needs, and ease of movement around the room. The resort personnel will have a room diagram and know where every piece of equipment gets placed.

INBOUND SHIPPING/LOAD IN:
Shipped or hand delivered equipment can arrive no earlier than Thursday, May 16th, 2019. Please try and ship/deliver your equipment to arrive on Sunday, May 19th 8am to 4pm and schedule an “in-room delivery” by your shipper. Arrivals prior to Sunday, May 19th will have to be stored in the loading dock area and brought up by freight elevator to 2nd floor and placed in Coronado Ballrooms C,D on Sunday, May 19th. Note that we set up the meeting/demo room by 4pm on Sunday, May 19th. Actual meetings begin 2pm Monday, May 20th. Handling charges may apply (see below).

DO you need a LAN connection for your equipment?
Know that FISA provides hi-speed, dedicated WiFi for internet access within the meeting room for the entire event and the access code is “FISA2018”.


OUTBOUND SHIPPING/LOAD OUT:

Equipment can be picked up as early as 11am on Wednesday, May 22rd and must be removed from the designated ballrooms by 4pm.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE OF BOXES AND EQUIPMENT:

Due to limited space, any pre-event storage needs must be arranged with Christine Norell, FISA Event Manager in advance. Handling charges of packages shipped to and from the hotel are assessed on site. Fees may be based on these categories: Often times we are not charged for package handling at all, but in case we are here are, the stated hotel fees are:
Packages 6-20 lbs are $10 each
Packages 21-50 lbs are $15 each
Packages over 50 lbs. are $25
Pallet assistance and storage charges: $100/supplier/event
