DELIVERY/SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEMO EQUIPMENT
You must reserve demo space at this event as the ballroom meeting space is limited.
Please complete the Demo Space Reservation Form and return to FISA per form instructions by the deadline of Friday, April 5th, 2024.
Ship your demo equipment as an “In-Room Delivery” to arrive on Sunday, May 5th, 2024. Ask your shipper to remove pallets and packaging and return them on the load-out day of Wednesday, May 8th. Drive up to the loading dock on Ballantyne Commons Pkwy. You will be directed through the service area and into Ballantyne Ballroom which is on ground floor.
Hotel personnel will have a diagram identifying the exact placement of your equipment within the Ballroom. While you may be able to ship your equipment earlier by pre-arrangement, the hotel is not responsible for moving your equipment into place and the meeting room is not available earlier than Sunday, May 5, 2024.

ELECTRICAL & SPECIAL INTERNET CONNECTIONS:
YOU MUST SUBMIT A FISA DEMO SPACE RESERVATION FORM
FISA will help you coordinate electrical service and any special internet connections you may need. Use the demo space reservation form to communicate what you will need and submit to FISA by April 5th. Note that high speed WiFi internet service will be available in the meeting room (demos in same room) and the access code is: “FISA2024”.
