Shipping Information — FISA PROGRAMMING 2022 Event: “Doing Business With Multi-Branch YMCAs”

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEMO EQUIPMENT

Please ship your demo equipment as an “In-Room Delivery” to arrive on Sunday, June 5, 2022. Your delivery service should bring equipment into the “XXXXXXXXX Ballroom.  Hotel personnel will have a diagram identifying the placement of demo equipment in the room.

Have your delivery driver report to the “Security/Team Member Entrance” adjacent to the Loading Dock”. They will then be directed to the loading dock and service area to gain access to the ballroom. Please do not bring equipment thru the main hotel areas.  Ask your shipper to store and return your pallets. The ballroom will be available on Sunday, June 5th 2022. For liability reasons, the hotel cannot lend you pallet jacks, carts or equipment for moving items. Your delivery people must place your delivery in the room and set up and clean up.

SMALL BOX SHIPMENTS:
You may send small boxes that are under 3 x 3 x 3 feet to arrive as early as Thursday, June 2 thru Saturday, June 5. Use the same address above but please include another line of addressing that states your Representative’s name so they can locate it on arrival.

Load-In Date:  Sunday, June 5 from 9:00am to 4:00pm

Load-Out Date:  Wednesday, June 8 from 11:00am to 1:00pm

ELECTRICAL & INTERNET SERVICE:
Contact Christine Norell to request type of electrical service needed.  Special power requirements may be directly billed by arrangement w/ hotel, ask Christine. High-speed WiFi internet service will be available in the meeting room (demos in same room) and the access code is “FISA2022”.
