Delivery/Shipping Instructions for Demo Equipment
You must reserve demo space at this event as the ballroom meeting space is limited. Space availability will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please complete the Demo Space Reservation Form and return to FISA per form instructions by the deadline of Thursday, October 1, 2026
Ship your demo equipment as an “In-room delivery with white glove service” to arrive on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026, between 9am and 4pm ( Set up Day). Ask your shipper to remove pallets and packaging and return them on the load-out day of Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026 (11am to 3pm). Instruct your drivers to check in with the front lobby and ask for directions to access the loading dock for events, on 4th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street. Take the freight elevator to the Mezzanine Level and go to the Volunteer Ballroom. Equipment for demo stations and meetings will be in the same room which is the Volunteer Ballroom. To direct you further, the Hotel personnel will have a room diagram identifying the exact, assigned placement of your equipment within the Ballroom. You must deliver, assemble and place your equipment in the ballroom.
Please note that your company is responsible for moving your equipment into place and for liability reasons, the hotel does not even permit employees to move anything or lend out tools. Unfortunately, the ballroom is not available earlier than Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026.

ELECTRICAL & SPECIAL INTERNET CONNECTIONS:
YOU MUST SUBMIT A FISA DEMO SPACE RESERVATION FORM
FISA will help you coordinate electrical service and any special internet connections you may need. Use the demo space reservation form (see link above for the PDF) to communicate what you will need and submit to FISA by Oct. 1, 2026. Note that high speed WiFi internet service will be available in the meeting room (demos in the same room).
