Target Audience—VIP guests are owners of regional, multi-club chains, large independent clubs, some JCC and hospital-based executives, who make purchasing and strategic business decisions.
NOTE: Host suppliers are expected to actively participate inviting guests to FISA events. If you are not familiar with the process it will be discussed with you prior to booking.
Appointment Selection—Appointments with each guest last twenty minutes. Suppliers rotate to tables assigned to the guest buyers in round-robin fashion. You’ll receive a business profile on the guest buyers in advance and the guests receive yours. You will meet with all guests and you will participate in social and networking activities to help you build or enhance relationships.
- Manufacturers may display one piece of equipment at no charge. You cover your own set up and electrical charges.
- You should provide written collateral, but you may not provide giveaways.
- No private entertainment or meetings on or off the hotel grounds during official event hours.
Participation Limit—Maximum of 35 host suppliers, maximum of two representatives per host supplier at any time
Presentation Options—Most suppliers rely on verbal presentations and provide guests with printed collateral. FISA provides complementary mail service for each guest to mail their collateral back to their offices. FISA also supplies electrical power for laptop presentations.
Your Investment—$8500 for the first company representative, $12,000 for two. All “first time” companies $7000. Second representatives for “first time” companies $3500. These are one time fee reductions. FISA has no dues requirements.

Guest Policy For Host Suppliers-If you are inviting a ‘guest’ to the group meals there is a fee for each meal. Catered meals at resorts are expensive, so please don’t be surprised. We pass them to you AT OUR COST. Because we are required to provide a meal guarantee, a seven (7) day notice is required. Walkups are not accepted. We will send you a credit card authorization form for the transaction. Only the Sunday reception is complimentary
